Stephanie Snover

Stephanie Snover is an attorney at Verdant Law, where she focuses on federal and state environmental regulatory matters involving the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), PFAS, pesticides, environmental permitting, and regulatory compliance. Her practice includes environmental due diligence, CERCLA liability and landowner protections, regulatory research and counseling, and litigation support. She also monitors emerging environmental regulatory developments and contributes to Verdant Law’s blog, the Product Stewardship Law Report.

Prior to joining Verdant, Stephanie worked in the litigation group at Clark Hill PLC, where she assisted with complex litigation matters involving RICO and securities law. She also worked in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance (OECA), where she worked on Clean Air Act enforcement and regulatory compliance matters. Stephanie gained additional legislative and policy experience while working in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Stephanie earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. in Environmental Science from the University of Michigan.
