Henry Goodwin is a Legal Analyst at Verdant Law, where he focuses primarily on compliance with major federal environmental statutes, including the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), and the Clean Air Act. He also assists with enforcement defense matters and supports the firm in litigation.

He tracks emerging issues in environmental law—such as per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), microplastics, and extended producer responsibility (EPR) for packaging—monitoring both legislative and regulatory developments at both the federal and state level. He also contributes to Verdant Law’s blog, the Green Chemistry Law Report.
